At Treasure Pressed Prints, LLC. we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of photo magnets. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are accepted and the process to follow if you need to return a product to us.
*Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Photo brightness and tone can appear different on digital displays compared to printed magnets. Images on your phone or computer are illuminated by light, while magnets are created using ink — so minor color variations are normal and expected.

We stand behind the quality of every magnet we create. Each magnet is covered by a one-year guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. If you experience any quality issues that aren’t the result of accidental damage (such as drops, scratches, water damage, or being thrown, etc.), please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right!
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a photo magnet that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order damaged.
• Incorrect Items: If we send you the wrong item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Order Issues: If there are issues with your order that are our fault, we will address them and may offer a refund or replacement product.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1 Contact Us: Email us at cody@treasurepressedprints.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2 Provide Evidence: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include photos or other evidence to support your claim.
3 Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
4. Return Shipping
• Defective or Damaged Products: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
• Incorrect Items: If we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Other Cases: For all other cases, including if you simply change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. It will take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
• Customized Products: Personalized photo magnets are typically not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
• Products Returned After 10 Days: Refund requests for products returned outside the 10-day window will not be accepted.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the custom nature of our products. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
8. Cancellation Policy
• Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund.
• After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our refund process to return the item if necessary.
